IPVanish Announces Windows Client v1.3.1.23

-Fixes OpenVPN TAP 32 driver certificate expiration in Windows 8.1 
-Fixes infinite TAP 32 driver installs on Windows 8.1 
-Stability improvements for Windows 8.1 



IPVanish subscribers who currently have the Windows client installed will be prompted to update to v1.3.1.23 when launching the client.
